TrackMyPlans is a tool for personal subscription management. You are responsible for the data you enter and for ensuring your use of the app complies with local laws.

The information provided by TrackMyPlans is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or legal advice.

4. Voluntary Tip

The whole app is free and ad-free. The tip is a one-time purchase through the App Store that unlocks no feature except the alternative app icons; it is a thank-you, not a subscription. The payment is handled by Apple and any refund is arranged through Apple under its own rules.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, its name, logo, texts and graphics are protected by copyright and remain the property of the operator. The data you enter into the app is yours: it sits on your device and you can export it to JSON or CSV at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

TrackMyPlans is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any financial losses or data loss resulting from the use of the app, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and the privacy policy from time to time, for example when a new feature is added to the app. The current wording is always on this page and the date of the last change is shown at the top. If you do not agree with a new version, please stop using the app.
